controller mod

I've pulled apart my controllers...replaced the analogs....painted them and wired in led lights...I've molded clear direction button and the tri/sq/o/x buttons to show the led's ...anyone know any other good mods and any good sites for ps3 mods

Do you think you could take apart my controller and clean it out? Button are sticking. I tried but gave up after I could screw it back together with the L2 R2 in place.

imj , slide the r1/r2 buttons in first with the l1/2 buttons out of slots....if you controller has the center tabs between those put that in as the last thing you do...I always cut the legs off those as well (you don't need them)...I do mods locally (for a price of course. I wont do rapid fire for moral reasons.
