consoles should not be cross platform with PC except for slower-paced titles like turn-based strategy or an MMORPG. I do not want to play CoD on Xbox versus someone with a mouse and keyboard.

It's not happening. Sony is the last hurdle in this and they haven't budged.

Yeah try this with a game like Overwatch and you're gonna have a flood of reports of "cheating" McCrees and Widows.

i tried to play WAW on PC with a controller.
To say i was outgunned, would be putting it nicely. Sure, i could get enough kills to come close to even, but they were always a click ahead when it was 1v1.
I even went mp40+jug and prayed and sprayed.

As a number of people have said, that game is better played with a gamepad.
Now a FPS, 3PS or MOBA are another animal. Mouse and keyboard are an advantage.

I have been accused of cheating at Overwatch on PC by other PC players because of some of the quick turns I have made with Rein and his shield when I had to.
It's just pure reflex and instinct. I can't imagine what console players would think about it

There isn't console to console (xbox to ps) multiplayer, and there wont be bc sony doesnt want to do it.

I am not even sure why Sony would want to do that right now?
The very mass majority of console gamers are on their platform right now. Why would they want to give possible converts a reason to not buy a ps4 to play with friends they may have lost this gen?
Just thinking from a business standpoint.
