The fact that he mentioned the rule upon the 4th down attempt and he still went for it is a violation BUT, you must look at it from loser point of view. He didn't mention it TO THE COMMISH until after the game, then it's his fault. Now if he mentioned it AT THE TIME OF 4th down attempt then i think you let them replay. Cause if the scoreboard would have been opposite, he wouldn't have had a problem. So if he mentioned during, then let them replay and strengthen your rules. If after, that's losers fault

That's the only rule violation all game. He still gave up forty something other points. Sounds like he needs to figure out a new defense rather than complain.
