That's probably true but it'll only be bc we don't invest enough time in it.
If it was too easy it wouldn't be a very successful project. End game expansion increases it's potential and play value.

shite something just occurred to me about these updates. at the rate supercell is putting out new content no one will be able to catch up to people that already have everything maxed out without spending money for gems.
so the strategy i've been using for awhile now of staying at a low trophy count trying to get everything maxed out before trophy chasing will never work without spending more money.
