Getting revenue from perceived upgrade requirements is part of the developers business plan. How does me saying that fact hurt anything- except for LewDawg's illusion that he is an important guy in a totally fictional- and boring- world?

Any game where you can give 3x troops to a player who then boots you from the clan for questioning the system economy is truly a poorly designed game. Built for a bureaucrat with too much invested.

How is there drama with clash of clans? All money does is save you time, I put enough in to get to four builders and I've been rolling right along ever since. I don't need gems to speed up that 10 day town hall upgrade because there's going to be upgrade after upgrade once you get there.
It's a fun game, you are free to put in as much or as little time as you want. I think everyone agrees the later upgrades have insane build/upgrade times and some insane gold/dark elixir costs but that doesn't have to affect my enjoyment.
