ok this thread is huge. I made it to page 14 trying to read up and understand it.
I just got 4 heroes somehow with honor badges. I didn't know I had any. where does it say how many I have?

You will see this on your base:
When you click and open it you will see:
Purple ones are legendaries
Blue epic
Green common
Slimes are used to increase your hero's talent

See the star in the top left corner of his first screenshot? That is the amount of hero badges

I don't use my hero badges for hero's.... mainly gems since they are easy to get with the free gems and all.

I use them for upgrading heros. They will reach levels 20, 40, 60, 80 and to upgrade, you have to use gold and badges. I save them for that, because as you level them, it costs more badges
