Can you download 360 games on Xbox one?

A few weeks ago I bought Gears of war Judgement on 360, I downloaded it off Xbox Live. I'm looking into getting an Xbox One. I noticied it is compatible with Xbox one. Can I download this game on Xbox one and transfer my save so I can keep playing it on Xbox one?

Did you go to your games app on the XB1 and see if it is ready to install? I installed this month's GWG 360 games on my xbox 1 that way after adding them to my account via my xbox.com.
