They are putting this game out to early. No one is tired of the last CoD yet. This game will be a complete bust. Plus it is by the guys who made the crappy CoD 3 (im pretty sure it was 3)

Damn. You mean Treyarch is doing the development? They suck yak nuts. Infinity Ward blows then away which is why COD2 and COD4 were so great.

I read something about WaW today from gamesradar.com. TreyArch is doing the dev, but they've had 2 years to work on it and it's using the CoD4 engine. They're also adding more destructibility to the environments.

I think it's going to be badass. It's CoD, after all, and it's being built on the CoD4 engine, so I'm excited about it. Plus, they're going in the Pacific theater.

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway will be steak sauce on a titty. I can't wait for that one, too.

You can dress up a turd, it's still a turd.

There are lots of games using amazing engines and years of development that are horrendous.

Their last shot at COD sucked so I don't see a reason to expect anything different now, lol.

I can't argue with you. But, I didn't think CoD3 was a turd. It was a marginal improvement over CoD2, even. More like more of the same.

They are adamant that it's not a typical return to the European front of the WWII genre. I wasn't a fan of the Medal of Honor Pacific theater games, but that's because EA sucks at everything.

World at War will also feature the CoD4 multiplayer, to a tee, and vehicles will also be included.

Go to gamesradar.com and read the preview under the "360" tab. I was hoping they would continue the modern era of the game, but that may be left to IWard.

One more thing: I can't wait for BiA. I also can't wait to see what Gearbox does in the future with this franchise.

Bump.

I saw on IGN.com that "Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway" got moved back to September 23, rather than the previous release date of August 26. Kinda unhappy about that. I've been waiting for this on for a while now.

Also noticed that "Call of Duty: World at War" was dated for release on November 11. Just FYI.
