Bluetooth Mic issues PS3

Set up mic through the ps3 and can hear myself
But when I start MW3 it doesn't work.
Suggestions?

I think you have to change the input/output setting under the accessory menu.

That is where I can hear myself. I set input and output to my Bluetooth headset. When I speak I can hear it come thru the headset. Once I start playing MW3 it stops working

Try connecting it to your charger. The turning it on and off in the charger. Then take it out of the charger and turning it on. May work. A buddy had the same problem and that worked for him.
