BLOPS2: FAL w/ Select Fire vs AN-94

For those who have tired out both the FAL with Select Fire and the AN-94, which setup did you prefer?
I've been using the FAL w/ select fire and have loved it. Also looking forward to unlocking the AN-94 after completely skipping it my first time through.

MK48 is the only answer. I've always used semi-automatic or 3-round burst ARs in COD, but they get worse and worse with each COD game because the maps keep becoming more closed. I haven't like COD in a couple years until I started using the MK48. It's nasty.

The FAL is a FAIL since the patch. Do not want. Semi automatic, doe, is still fiya.

Might have to try stock or suppressor. Been using reflex only because I wasn't a huge fan of the iron sights on the FAL, but I'm sure I could easily get used to them.

U do realize u shoot slower when u make the FAL automatic

I'll take the full auto with a slightly slower rate of fire. With the damage output of the FAL, the auto rate of fire is plenty fast enough to put down a lot of people.

I used the FAL until I unlocked the AN-94.
FAL with Select Fire, FMJ, and Front Grip.
Deadly as shite, had a 1.6 K/D with it.
The patch did nothing to it if you didn't use a grip before the patch like me. So when I played my first game with it post patch, it sucked, added the front grip, made it shoot like pre-patch.
AN-94 is what I use now though, with EOTech, FMJ, Front Grip.

My trigger finger works just fine, just have a preference for a fully auto weapon (less work/stress). I killed plenty of people with the semi-auto FAL...

How's the recoil on the FAL and AN-94? Non-existent like every other gun?

The recoil is light enough to not matter much at short to medium range, but both have enough recoil that burst first is necessary at longer distances.
