Is BLOPS 2 the first in the CoD series to incorporate skill into the matchmaking process for public games?

How do you guys feel about the matchmaking? Makes running solo somewhat difficult if you are a decent player IMO. It also seems that you don't see the higher kill streaks (scorestreaks) as much either.

I think so, the youtube guys in the community have lashed out about it more than I can ever remember.

We try to get our lower skill lvl people to host parties for matchmaking.

Yeah, I can notice a very distinct difference when I have one of my lower "skilled" friends host a party, but it must attempt to average out the skill of the team because my friends seem to really struggle badly when grouped in a team with me, even if one of them is the party leader.

For full disclosure I do not believe I'm some great CoD player, but I am better than the 2 guys I occasionally play with by a decent bit.

I had no idea it was skill based.

I just always found it very convenient that when LESI squadded up we seemed to always face tryhard clan after tryhard clan.

good to know.

BROKE,

we gonna need you to start hosting lobbies <3
