Driveclub or Project Cars. I have never played Project Cars and am just going by word of mouth.

Project Cars by far. What style of racing are you into because it might be worth to wait for the new F1 game. Gran Turismo needs to get their act together and come out with a game.
I have Project Cars and probably won't be buying another racing game until NASCAR comes out next year.

If you have PS plus you can play the free version of driveclub to see if you like it. I don't know about features and driving mechanics, but from what I've seen in comparison videos on youtube, the visuals in driveclub are a notch above project cars

Are you looking for a heavy sim or just a good racer?
DriveClub is the better game in my opinion, but Project Cars is more realistic.

Driveclub PS Plus edition came out Tuesday. I'd recommend checking that out before purchasing. Let's you play a decent amount of the game for free, and whatever you unlock you get to keep for the full version. I haven't seen project cars, but Driveclub has some great graphics.
