For a console game, best looking I've ever seen...
Also up res screenshots. The game looks amazing, especially for a console. Its easily the best looking game released on PS4 but the world feels flat.

The first Bioshock was pretty damn good for the time.
For what, 2006? Damn right. They built a great world in Rapture.
When the plane crashes and you are swimming around to the lighthouse the fire felt real at the time.

What do you mean up res screenshots? And yes, it's Uncharted 4

Coyote can't let consoles get too much credit in this thread

Well, those are screenshots I took and uploaded...unaltered. I thought maybe up res means something different than I thought

Also up res screenshots.
If you remember, The Last of Us Remastered also had this option. LINK

For it's time, has to be Metroid Prime. That game still looks amazing, and it's nearly 15 years later. It still holds up.

You could release Metroid Prime again for the first time, and it would still receive as much critical acclaim with the exact same graphics and gameplay. I think it may be the only game that is 15 years or older than you could say the same for. I think it's the game that has aged the most gracefully of all of them.

Super Mario 64 looks nearly as good as the Mario games they make today. Maybe that says more about Nintendo though

I wouldn't go that far. He's very clearly a polygon and looks like shite compared to Galaxy. But the mist and steam coming off Samus' visor and whenever she gets hit you see the reflection in her eyes, and the beauty of the environments. Mario may have been somewhat of a bigger jump, but Metroid Prime's jump still holds up unlike Mario 64.

Mario games have always looked amazing for its time. Toussant in The Witcher 3 is amazing. First time I stepped foot on Skellige, I was shocked
