I picked up bf4 today but came back to this, such an awesome game, one of the best in the AC series and I didn't like the ship missions in 3, best pirate game out there and looks incredible on the ps4

On the screen where I send ships on missions I have the option to set up a battle or something like that, what is that?

You can battle British and Spanish ships
Doing that will make the route safer for your ships on missions and will also give you gems and loot

Can I use all my ships for those battles? i can only send 1 ship on a mission at a time right?

3 at a time for battling
And no if you want you can assign all of your ships to missions

No, there's a reset timer when you start a a mission. You have to wait for it to reset before you can do the same mission again

Yep I clear everything out as I can. I will probably finish around 90%. That's the best I have ever done.
