There's really no better pinch runner in the game. Easily worth a bench roster spot

Any players with 95 plus speed in the game with high base running stats are automatic with stealing 2nd and 3rd. It is broken but I doubt SDS does anything about it.

Just opened my 10 free packs... Didn't get a single player that was silver or higher. Got a couple gold equipment items I already had. The rest absolute junk

I hit a pack hot streak today.

Packed David Price in my free 10 packs, then a Lester in a bases loaded pack and the Griffey cleats in a 20 pack I bought.

All in all, about 65K.

Market is nuts right now. My friend made 100K this afternoon flipping Jose Ramirez and Miguel Sano.

Low diamonds will crash next week when the season packs are rewarded. CS getting a low diamond is going to kill those prices.

It has just taken a while for the market to crash. If they do give away live series cards for ranked divisions it will completely crash the market. It's gonna be insane watching everybody try to sell that 97 Goldy.

Tips already tweeted and said a 'low live series diamond' was the reward for CS players.

WS gets the Goldy and a high Gold along with Liriano.

It will be finny to watch Goldy's price. He isn't ideal for my team, but I may use him to get the 33 HR's w/ breakouts for the Cruz mission.

The thing is, is that there will be a finite number of Goldschmidt's. Live series diamonds are always being packed. Unless he is re-released later on, his price will likely settle between 70-100K a week or so later. We'll see though. Who fricking knows lol.

If you know any sites or shite I can read that'll make me understand better.. Lmk.

Just gotta look for cards w/ a big spread between buy now and sell now prices.

I have tried to do it and am just not patient enought w/ it. Especially when people start undercutting. He has the game on his console and the market up on his computer and works on both haha.

Last year flipping was a lot easier than this year. If you don't like flipping than you can invest in a bunch of players that you think could get an upgrade. Also you can invest in cards that have another live series card needed for the collection. Ryan Braun had his price increased because Villar went silver and the Brewers have a good epic reward.

Yeah, I'm sitting a small fortune after investing in Matt Bush, Joey Gallo and Jose LeClerc for the Rangers.

Over 500 of them combined and the new Cruz program requires collecting Ranger players. They are all going for like 100 stubs a piece and bought em all for like 10-30 stubs a piece.

I got about 10 Ozunas right now and I'm thinking of waiting to flip them. Might see how high his card could go with the lack of good live series LF.

Pulled Votto and Kluber yesterday.

Sold both and and hammered some buy orders.

Pretty much only need diamonds now to complete every collection.

One season and three events (tomorrow) are in the books. I finally sold all my extra rewards from this event and also shockingly managed to draw a walk, hit a double and score a run with rookie Griffey to finish the diamond program.

I'm gonna try JD Martinez out in ranked seasons because through 50 event game wins (and probably 65 games total) this weekend I'm batting close to .600 w/ him. I know it's LHP vs RHP, but I actually tend to hit righty vs righty just as well. I expect him to also be a player of the month card.

I also BADLY want Corey Seager. Everytime i play against him he destroys me. Not sure if I wanna try to hold onto my stubbs though and somehow try to finish the Nats.

Anybody have any crazy stories from this event? I had some good laughs. Lost a few games on infield hits lol, but also managed to shutout a guy 2-0 yesterday thanks to a Cepeda bomb and found out shortly after he was the No. 2 ranked player in the world lol. Had Andre Dawson, Edgar Martinez, 99 David Wright, etc...This event was fun as hell.

I mentioned that I expect JD Martinez to be a monthly card this month (largely because he teed off after coming back and is already an 84 overall and I don't see them moving him to gold after only like 15-20 games), anyone else have some good predictions? Chris Sale is doing work I know, but I think they said they won't do the already diamond guys.

I love Corey Seager and I've used him a lot online. You could wait and try to get the 50 percent dynasty program that gives you Ripken. You could also try Hanley Ramirez from the Marlins team epic. I've faced a guy in this event that was a World Series player with a 100 diamond rank. He had Dawson, Wright, BO Goldy, Larkin, Kershaw, Chapman, and Britton. He had an all diamond team and I beat him 7-5 in 3 innings. I've been playing around .500 in this event against World Series players and most of them have insane teams. I've found that most people in World Series have spent either 500 dollars on this game or have boosted their way to World Series. I think they should've capped teams overall for this event at 85.

I'm not kidding, every time I play against a guy with Corey Seager, a bomb is being hit. Just nothing I can do about it.

I have Hanley from the Marlins and he's a bench bat at the moment. I really just want Seager because he's a LH bat.

Lol I'd say probably a decent amount yeah, but I bought the $100 game and put another $100 in stubs into it and made World Series, my peak was like 950 rating. I only have like two live series diamond cards because I love packs lmao. I have Freeman and Kimbrel and got them both when they were golds.

Aside from that, I've had just decent pack luck and have had some hits in the market on lower rated guys I invested on. I've pulled a Posey, Griffey cleats, Lester and the Legend 93 Robin Yount and just sold them all ASAP.

It is crazy up there though because I'm typically pretty competitive w/ whomever I play despite lineups, but I've been matched w/ some guys who are top 100 who have all those cards like Dawson, Edgar, etc....and I was trying to get breakout wins and K's and got mercy ruled because I'd have Ricky Nolasco on the mound

I've seen this talked about on the subreddit as a suggestion for upcoming ones. I do love the events, gives you a reason to play and use people you typically wouldn't. I agree though, I think the team overall should be dropped a tad, because you can still pretty much load it up with whomever you want.

I'm sitting at 434 and can't seem to get over the hump, my line up had a ton of silver players so I sold my Chapman card and bought a shite ton of packs. Got Joey Votto and a couple of other solid hitters. Went from an 82 overall to an 88 so hopefully that helps
