I would mess around in them for free, but that's it.

Farming simulator is fun.

My favorite farm sim is Harvest Moon for N64 though. Karen

The Farming Simulator video is like a fine wine.

That game was one of those that came as close to perfection as possible.

The depth, the challenge, and the perfect graphical style melding gameplay with the times.

It's one of those games so complex you forgive the bugs completely.

I routinely buy Natsume games just hoping they can make lightning strike twice. And I have yet to be satisfied.

But I still try....

Magical Melody is the closest IMO.

That Euro truck simulator hooked me enough that I watched that whole damn trailer they had for it.

Have you tried the one for PS1? or SNES? They are great too. I have to give a slight edge to the one for N64 though.

Outside of the PSP I don't have any of the Sony line of gaming systems.

And I don't know where the PSP is...only got one game I believe

And I went from NES to N64 so no on the SNES.

I had the original on SNES, but I couldn't get into it.

Like pretty much all simulation games, they take a certain type of gamer to get the appeal.

I mean hell.

Dwarf Fortress is easily the most complex video game ever made, with the fans adopting an mantra of "Losing is Fun!"

And the developer still gets enough cash from donations to live off of in spite of the extreme difficulty of new player entry.

HM64 was the second game (of only four) where I could sit down for a nice game after dinn----HOLY frick IT IS 3 AM?!

It definitely "suffers" from Civ's "Just one more turn...."

Was coming into this thread to post this video if someone hadn't already.

Edit: Realized the hyperlink wouldn't appear in the quote, but it's the farming simulator video.

I would have sworn that I was that type of gamer. My two favorite SNES games are from Koei.
