I stopped in for a quick bite there at lunch and I must say it was once again excellent. I had worried about the place slipping but I ordered the Big Pig for the first time and it was absolute money.

I also saw two new sandwiches on the board. One is a brisket sandwich and the other a Bahn Mi which looked awesome. Glad to see the menu growing.

Is there any chance of them doing some full BBQ type stuff? Maybe I have just missed it, but a big plate of brisket would be a good addition.

I think the Bahan Mi was a special for today. They do those items regularly, although I have never had a special.

The brisket sandwich, I have ordered once. It tasted great but the brisket on it was probably 30% fat. Felt sick an hour later.

But yes, if the new chef is any good, they should see some improvement in the food and hopefully more items.

Anyone tried the tasting menu?

The charcuterie board is something around $10 during happy hour. Don't see how that is even a decision to make.

Wish I would have seem that last time before I ordered.

I went around 130 today, had the bahn mi. It was good but not authentic bahn mi good, which is not a negative at all. I see they are trying to do a chef table, maybe someone could hit that up and report back.
