I wanted to try it when I was in NYC but never had the chance. Their specialty is raw beef dishes. Some offerings:
Tongue
Beef sushi
First and fourth stomach
Cow brains in a tube

Sure, as I've had the stomach grilled before at Robata grill....it was delicious so raw wouldn't be a problem nor would anything else.

Haha, nope. Desk job and the guy that sits behind me got me looking at it.
It's weird too because not only do I not give a crap about sports, but I actually have strong opinions about athletics and how it shouldn't be intermingled with schools for a variety of reasons.
