re: Why do you cook?

I cook everything. Always like to try a new recipe, and try to do that at least once a week. Yesterday was this week's new recipe. Ended up being really good, easy to make and somewhat healthy. I could see myself making it again (horseraddish and bacon pollock).

I don't shy away from any cuisine. so I cook because it's fun, and a great way for me to relax and broaden my horizon.
