Whole processed pig, what are you grilling tonight

Outside of the loin and butt I haven't cooked a lot of pig. I had an opportunity to get a whole pig for an awesome price so I've got a freezer full of chops, steaks, sausage, hams, and bacon.

What should I grill up first? Any good recipes?

How difficult is it for your average Joe to cure a ham?

No idea, I had the processor cure all 4 of mine.

Just the hams took up a 100qt cooler

I need pork help.

Pot roast the neck bone and tail together. It makes a hell of a gravy.
