Copelands is very good, and yes I know that it was previously frozen....Shared a piece at The Grape a couple of weeks ago, and it was good too.

I like CCB just fine. I just didn't know if there was some place I don't know about that has great cheesecake.

Smith's Creamery #1 (except the crust needs a re-do). Don't know how the recent explosion affects things.

Mansur's #2 They do not make in house. They contract it out from someone, but whoever that is makes an awesome cheesecake.

Cafe Americain on jefferson makes them in house. and they have several different varieties.

Highland Coffee has a good cheesecake. Even better when the turtle cheesecake is available.
