I rarely use BBQ sauce, and the thought of a mayo based sauce never appealed to me. This weekend I smoked some potato skins and used some white sauce as per the recipe. It was phenomenal. I'm definitely going to try it on a grilled chicken breast. Just wondering if anyone else uses it, and what you use it on.

Yes, I have tried Glenn's Gourmet White BBQ sauce and it was wonderful. It is really good on chicken.

I've seen this on TV, but never actually tasted anything made like this.

On first glance, it really struck me as disgusting.

Newks has white bbq sauce on one of their sandwiches and I always get it on the side for dipping. It's awesome, but the only white bbq sauce I've ever tried.

I'll post it when I get home from work, it was in the smoke and spice cookbook.

I have a bottle of Big Bob Gibson's white bbq sauce. Tastes great on french fries!

I'll have to try it. I'm also thinking it would be good a good dip for buffalo wings, instead of bleu cheese.

I think the recipe I used for the sauce is based on Big Bob Gibson's.

IMO it tastes like a spicy more vinegary ranch dressing.

I found a recipe last year and tried it with some smoked chicken quarters. Not something I'd do all the time, but an interesting change of pace.
