I've had a bottle of Buffalo Trace Experimental Collection Oat whiskey for a long time now. Well, I decided to finally open it tonight.

Man, is the finish long on this thing. Also, the flavor changes like nothing I've ever had. It goes from, "Hey, not bad," to "wait a minute," to "well, that's unpleasant," to "what are you doing to my mouth? Stop it!" and finally, "no means no!"

I'm going to have to recommend that none of you try this.

Gonna be a long shot, but I've got an extra 2015 Eagle Rare 17 that I'd like to trade to get a a 2015 George T Stagg if anyone has an extra one of those lying around. Can add on my end as needed.

Thoughts on an old rip 10 and '15 FR LE for a 15 stagg?

Valuation is on the money. $250 or so for ORVW and $275 or so for 4 Roses SMBLE with 2015 GTS being around $525. Think you're there basically. And I've seen the ORVW go for $300 too so I think you're good.

Anyone here ever been to the Koval Distillery in Chicago? I toured the distillery a few weeks ago and picked up a bottle of their bourbon. I am really enjoying it.

I have a trade pending... ETL, Sweet Wheat, and $40 for a Bday bourbon. Does that seem fair?
