Depends on the Bourbon. Either water or club soda.

Dude, whiskey should never, ever be mixed with anything except water (and that is on rare occasions). Enjoy the taste of whiskey...don't mask it.

None of the above. I wouldn't buy whiskey to taste a damn soft drink. Some ice, a slash of water and maybe a lemon twist for me.

Ignore these pansy bitches acting like they're whiskey connoisseurs. Most of these poor bastards probably drink cheap whiskey mixed with some cheap coke impostor.

Shake the haters off, Kid. I like mixing with Coke, sprite, and ginger ale.

I've had it many times, with just ice and/or water and I just prefer a tall glass filled with ice, 2/3 whiskey or bourbon, 1/3 mixer.

*Should be noted I'm not exactly slurping down top shelf here. Best I buy is 101 or makers, and that's if they're on sale. Most drinks are with Old Charter or Old Crow.

If you're going to mix whiskey with a soft drink, it must be either coke or 7up. No sprite and no Pepsi or other imposters. Diet 7 up is acceptable and my preferred cold drink mixer, should I choose to mix.

Thank you.

Coke.
No Caffeine-Classic.
Actually hard to find in many stores.
50-50 ratio over ice.
And not just any whiskey...only bourbon.
