Which La. Fish Fry product is best for fried wings?

Im leaning toward the fried shrimp mix, but the spicy fish fry could also be a option, imo.

How about seasoned flour? You don't want cornmeal on chicken wings

For some reason cornmeal crusted chicken wings sounds like it could be good/ interesting if they're done right

I can't remember what I used last time,I think it was the shrimp Fry, but the turned out okay after marinating in Tabasco for a couple of hours and then dust and sit it fridge for 60-90 minutes.


But I may revert back to a flour, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt mix... could go either way at this point.

You got it right, shrimp fry or chicken fry. Do not add salt if its already seasoned, will over salt.

Naked chicken wings are the best. That's what I would go with.

Yep. Fry with the skin on. That's what most restaurant wings are if that's what you're going for.
