It's ground meat. Does it really matter? Unless you are making beef tartare, i don't know why you would care. Unless you are buying ground meat from the back of a car.

Cutrer's... for ground meat. They go to the farmer's markets in BR on Thursdays and Saturdays. Place your order online ahead of time so they bring your stuff down pre-packed. Everything is flash frozen. Move to fridge a day before you want to use it. Amazingly good.
