They changed names because they didn't want to pay the royalties for the Ninfas name. I would guess that it was a tough decision but they don't use any of the chain recipes anymore so I guess they figured why pay those fees. So its the same menu and drinks. I guess time will tell but I wish them luck. Jav is a great guy.
