What's your go-to restaurant, that you find yourself ending up at all the time?

Mine's Beausoleil.
Very convenient location for me, quick, great drinks, locally owned, great atmosphere, and terrific food. Also always run into a friend

Used to be Chimes.

Then it was Sammy's for a while.

Lately probably Chelsea's more than anywhere else but I don't have a go-to like I used to.

Beausoleil for the reasons you mentioned.

Gino's with Cricket in the bar.

Chelsea's.

Donald Link's new restaurant in the WHD. Come on son.

It was Mondo for awhile just because of convenience. Then it was Atchafalaya for a bit, then Coquette, then Maurepas.

Now we try and eat at a different place almost every time. New policy my wife and I have so we get to try everything. Been to some really awesome new places lately.

Either, early with the blue hairs, or around 9:00. Never have much of a problem. Worst case, I have one drink at their little bar.

Not bashing you to each his on, but those are 3 of my least favorite places.

These are 3 of the better cheap places to eat in BR. Where do you go?

In BR:
During early crawfish season, it's probably Sammy's.

If it's just the wife and me, Gino's.

If it's friends getting together, Chimes for Happy Hour at the bar with oysters and apps.

In NOLA: Parkway and Coquette.

In BR, Gino's, Ruth's Chris and Mansur's when the oysters are good, for a variety of reasons, one of which is because someone with me wants to go to one of those. Going to Gino's this evening.

I don't go here enough. There's just so many options for Tex-Mex in Houston. It's overwhelming.
