Calandros also has a Southwestern three cheese dip with peppers and stuff in it that is kickass. Bought it this weekend.

1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 - 16 oz. jar Pace Picante Sauce (mild, med, or hot)
Blend in food processor. Let sit overnight in fridge.
We call it 'Pink Dip' and it's requested for every tailgate, we serve with Frito Scoops. And so easy.

Crack Dip
Large tub Sour Cream (24oz? light or regular)
2 packages Ranch Dip/Dressing Powder
Shredded Cheese
Bacon bits
Stir and refrigerate for a couple of hours, if possible. Serve with Ruffles. We call it Crack Dip because you can't stay away from it.
