Acme? Are you talking about where to eat fried seafood platters?

If you want good seafood go to Louisiana Lagniappe.

In Baton Rouge?

I like Louisiana Lagniappe, Parrains, and Dempseys.

LL - More "upscale" seafood dishes.. a nice fish with a rich sauce or something like that. Nice date spot.

Parrains - Best place to take out-of-towners for seafood. You can go for the typical fare or you can get a nice piece of fish. I think most of their stuff is pretty good.

Dempseys - Best fry kitchen in BR. Their seafood is fried it its own grease, so you don't have fries and chicken and everything else tasting the same (looking at you, Sammys). Plus, even with recent price increases, it is cheaper than most all seafood spots in BR.

The Poboys are solid, can push for the best PoBoy line up in the area IMO.

Boiled seafood is some of the best too. Only place I've bought boiled shrimp and everyone peeled perfectly.
