1. Crawfish etouffee topped with fried catfish
2. Blackened catfish topped with crawfish etouffee
Our are these called something different at basically every restaurant? Tia.

I've never seen a name for it on menus. Its not something I'd ever order. I don't get the attraction to it.

Catfish Acadiana is what I've seen it listed as before, though I'm not sure it has an official title.

That's what I thought. The name would be different in every restaurant. I thought the blackened catfish dish was catfish Broussard, and the fried catfish was catfish acadiana
