IN Orleans Parish:

5 Happiness
Tea Garden on Elysian Fields (I love the Tong Cho chicken there)

IN East Jefferson:

Little Chinatown on Williams in Kenner
Young's on Williams in Kenner

On the W'ank:

China Doll
Emrpress of China

On the Northshore:

Trey Yuen is excellent, with excellent service too

Reviving an old thread to thank those that mentioned China Rose and Little Chinatown. My wife and I have now tried both and they are both pretty damn good.

How is August Moon? Never been and live nearby, thinking about trying it tonight. Or should I stick with JUng's

August moon is better than Jungs for American Chinese take out. Being from the area I grew up on Mandarin Chicken and they have one of the best. They do take out plates with egg roll, I upgrade to shrimp fried rice.

i'm definitely giving it a try next time. My last few Jung's experiences have been underwhelming at best. My food tonight was a joke.
