What's going in the old Santa Fe in Prairieville?

I saw a sign outside this morning that says "Seafood restaurant coming soon." Anybody know what restaurant is going to take over that spot?

The guy that owned the Italian restaurant that was there before Santa Fe said something to the effect that the Prairieville palette was not ready for anything else.
