Various pizzas from Gabriele Bonci's Pizzarium cookbook. Asparagus/ricotta, plain tomato and anchovy, whatever else I can conjure up out of the pantry. Dough has been fermenting in fridge since yesterday.

I just threw some babybacks in the smoker. Prolly fry up some wings later and make a blue cheese coleslaw.

I have been eating less red meat lately but just got home from the grocery store with this 2.5 lbs bone in ribeye. It is a little lean but hopefully it will turn out good. I'm going to roast it for an hour and a half at 225 and then sear it.
