Almost everyone has a particular vegetable, meat (be it organ meat, tripe, etc.) or something else that they just won't eat. I'll try just about anything (tuna eyes are surprisingly good!) but I don't think I could ever eat a rodent, dog, or cat. Just about anything else is fair game, though.

Being from south Louisiana I thought I'd eat almost anything, but when living overseas a few years ago a European couple had us over for dinner and I couldn't eat the eel they put out.

From the looks of stinky tofu, no shot. Other than that probably things like grubs or worms would be out.

Sea Urchin. One sashimi I don't need to try to know I don't like, and I'll try almost anything.

I won't say I won't eat those things, but I'm sure as hell not cooking them or voluntarily eating them.

As far as won't eat?

Insects - The crunching would probably make me vomit.
Any kind of dish cooked with testicles of any animal. I'ts just hard to enjoy the dish and having that image in your head.
Other than that It's all just about fair game.

Remember all the slimy things culled from the shrimp trawl? Well, peple in Japan eat that stuff. Yuck. Not me. They're also big on eel livers - Yeech. Can't even stand the smell.

Calves liver - no way - no how. Broiled chicken liver wrapped in bacon - it's OK.

Egg white makes me gag & it has gotten worse the older I get. I can't even eat scrambled eggs if they are overcooked or "hard" style.
