re: What was the best sandwich you've ever eaten in your life?

I used to get this torta from this little mexican hole in the wall when I lived in Arizona.

I cant remember the name of the place, but that sandwich was heaven on earth

Cold cut bahn mi from Dong Phuong.

Reuben sandwich from Wild Sage in Healdsburg. They made it all from scratch. So f-ing delicious.

probably a shrimp po-boy from this burger king turned overstuffed po-boy place on Chef hwy near Read blvd.

Roast beef Poboy dressed at Big Bear in Mandeville.

Almost impossible to answer the sole best sandwich. I'll give two that are always incredible:

Katz's Pastrami
Parkway shrimp po-boy

Surf and turf from Pop's in Lafayette
Oyster po boy from Old Tyme

If it's what im thinking of, yes thats incredible. Basically a club poboy with grilled shrimp, melted cheese, and their secret sauce.
