Just pulled my grillades and quiches out of the oven that I'm bringing to work tomorrow. I really don't feel like staying awake for another hour or two while they cool to put them in the fridge. Should I leave them out over night (quiches wrapped in foil and grillades in dutch oven ) or put them in the fridge hot?

Just put the Dutch oven in the fridge. It'll be fine.
I'd rather put something in the fridge hot than leave it out all night

Grillades would probably be okay but I wouldn't trust a quiche left out overnight.

Transfer to a room temp container, don't stick the food in its hot dishes into the fridge and it will chill faster. Wide/shallow containers chill more quickly than deep ones.
