What One Food And What One Drink Do You Consume The Most?

I never post on this board so please forgive if this has been discussed at length.
Food: potatoes; I eat some form of potatoes almost every single day. French fries, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, potato soup, gnocchi, hash browns.
Drink: tea

Salad and wine. I eat meat every day as well but mix it up between red meat, seafood, chicken and pork pretty well.

Oatmeal and water...
They're definitely not my favorites, but I consume both of them pretty much every day.

I eat steak at least 3-4 times weekly. And beef almost exclusively as a meat.
I drink a lot of water. More so than any other beverage.
Result from the first? No high blood pressure, and no high cholesterol.
Result form the second? Haven't been ill in years, and I smoke at least two cigars daily.
So as I see it, eat lots, and lots of steak, USDA Prime preferably, and drink water. If you do these two things, the only logical conclusion is you can frightfully abuse your body and stay healthy. Maybe live forever.
At least so far that's been my experience.
