Just curious. I live outside of LA so they are real treat for me but I had someone I know locally offer me a 120 minute(various years) and a Backwoods Bastard from last year.

almost anything I ask for...treehouse, trillium, alchemist, etc.

Ghost has a surprisingly strong cult-like following with ipa snobs in the northeast.

I have heard the same. I figure the Backwoods Bastard is probably not a very good trade but I really enjoy it and want to try it next to this years batch.

I've never had a problem getting what I asked for. It may take a few tries, and you gotta ask at the right times. I use r/beertrade

You can trade it for the specialty beers, but since it's not as hard to get here anymore I've traded it local stuff for local stuff.

Mainly just trade it for different vintage jockimos, but that trade is getting harder and harder to close

He's right. Those, plus Other Half, Grimm, Surly, Toppling Goliath. Have had great success with Ghost, but had to scale back because the trading was getting EXPENSIVE.

I traded some ghost for some trillium awhile back. I tossed a few Envies in there.

The guy emails me all the time now for Envie and Ghost. Sucks too since i am Houston now.

Pre-August '16 batches, anything I wanted.
Post-August '16 batch, Hopadillo. Art Car if I'm lucky.

The brewery has traded me a 4pk for about $14 on the reg.

Pretty sweet deal.

Since all of the Parish snobs are already in here I won't start another thread. I bought a bottle of Grand Reserve earlier this year. I believe it is a batch that was released around Christmas '15. How long should I cellar it for? is 1-3 years optimal storage time?
