Have a glass of water with whatever I'm drinking and alternate glasses. One sip of drink of choice, one sip of water.

No one type of alcohol has ever always given me a hangover, just the amount and the lack of hydration.

No sugar mixers, no mixing hard alcohols, always switch to beer or wine, never switch from beer or wine, drink as many waters as you do drinks.

No hangovers.

Don't get wasted and don't get a hangover. I feel no need to get trashed anymore, I am not in college. Have a few drinks and enjoy the evening, for me that is usually 2-3 drinks. I get a nice buzz but I stop there. If it is something like tailgating then I can drink a lot more over the course of the day but I have to pace and drink water. Doing this means, again, you never get wasted. If I feel drunk then it is too late.

That's pretty bad for your liver just FYI.

Vodka tonic. Clear alcohol has a low congener level. Congeners are impurities which can give you a worse hangover.
