It used to be bunny bread only for me until I found this.

Simple bread I make myself.

AP Flour, sugar, veg oil, dry yeast, pinch of salt. Stir around with a fork till mixed well, add warm water, mix with fork add more flour till not sticky and then knead with hands. Put into bread tin, cover and let rise for couple hours (I put it in oven to keep AC and light off it). When satisfied with the rise I bake at 350 about 30 mins/till brown enough.

I remember my mama making homemade bread, it was the best! Keep meaning to try making some, haven't had any in years.

My brother brought this to the beach during Thanksgiving. I loved it and have been using it ever since. They sell it at Sam's. Having said that, I don't do much bread since I'm trying not to be so fat anymore.

I love sandwiches too much to give them up, but I can't be eating 150+ calories in bread alone.

Let a few slices dry over night (cut just before you go to bed), then make French Toast in the morning!
