Planned on getting Lilly's tonight (it's the best), but they are closed until the 11th.

Where all would you go next? Magasin? Pho Orchid?

Do any of these substitute the noodles for veggies?

I know Lilly's does. I went to Pho Bang (westbank location) the other day and requested to switch noodles out for veggies and she had no idea what I was talking about and just finally nodded her head and still brought it to me with noodles.

That sounds like an unreal request, what veggies do you want them to substitute?

I read this and somehow think it serves you right.

That's my go to place, though. Pho Hoa and the place next to Hong Kong Mart are two other good WB options.

Kim Ahn's will but the veggies at Lillys are way better.

Whatever veggies they have in their vegetarian option.

Pho Tau Bay, though the dining room closes before the kitchen, so it's takeout only in the late afternoon/early evening.

Pho Bang in Metairie, mainly because of location.

Agree that Magasin's pho is meh.

Hated may be a strong word, but something certainly does not feel right about it. I don't like how they sanitized a lot of their menu as well (i.e., no more tripe in pho).

I Went there once and I wouldn't have fed the meat in my pho to a dog.

I forgot about Pho Bang, Westbank. Legit.

Hate. HATE. haha There was just a huge crowd when I went and they couldn't really keep up and the pho was just "meh" to me. Maybe it'll take some time to get their "mojo" back, but PTB should be in a shady strip mall on the Westbank. That's just the way it should be.
