What is the 4th restaurant being built off Millerville at the interstate?

I know of Zaxbys, Freddy's, and Golden Coral. What is the 4th restaurant between Zaxbys and Freddy's?

Probably an Applebees, Chilis, Red Lobster or Outback.

Already a chilis over there and an outback close to there on jones creek. Doubtful it's either of those 2.

I know Millerville isn't the most desirable area of town, but these restaurants are pretty reprehensible. Can't they do better? Makes you wonder why Buc-ee's backed out.
