What has led to the demise of Madigans ?

It used to be packed back in the day. Crowd would spill over into the street.

Is it the crime?
The explosion of craft beer?
Lack of social media presence?

I think they got tired of getting busted selling alcohol to 16 year olds.

Madigan's stopped packing them in when they stopped being a highschool bar around the same time AT2's and HPC bit the dust.

ETA - not that Madigan's does not do fine now, but the packed house with no room to walk and people overflowing into the sidewalks and streets was a product of highschool and underclassmen college kids.
