I know most will say Crawfish, Tuna, or Shrimp. But some of us are not as close to good seafood as most on this site.

Purpose is to help some who are not close to quality and fresh seafood get through the season.

Generally I eat Cheese Pizza or Tuna on Wheat.

You could make some meatless pasta dishes.

Roasted vegetable soups with a salad or grilled cheese. Look at Ina's Garten's roasted tomato soup, for example.

Salads with hard boiled eggs, hearts of palm, avocado etc...

Cheese enchiladas or quesadillas.

Cheese and vegetable quiches or frittatas.

Tofurky.

Same thing I usually eat on Fridays during the rest of the year....But I think I know what you mean. You're looking for ideas to help with the "fast" and "sacrifice" during Lent, right?

Except the above doesn't really fall into "sacrifice", right?

I didn't think this was even a word until I went to google. I think I would rather fast on Friday them eat this concoction.

Meant to be humorous. That word makes me laugh. Tofurky. Say it. You can't help but chuckle. I've never had it or even seen it. The entire concept of it makes me laugh. Can't help it.
