What do you put in your scrambled eggs?

medium on the border salsa and shredded sharp cheddar
or
onion, green bell pepper, cheddar, and pepper relish

Best vegetable combination: corn, green onions and jalapenos
Best spice combination: garlic powder and crushed (not ground) hot red pepper (sounds gross, but it is FANTASTIC)
Best single ingredient: dried chopped onions (only the dried ones off the spice rack, NOT fresh ones)
And if you are just doing straight eggs, always add some evaporated milk to the beaten eggs to add richness and "fluff"
"Fluff" is also added by "layering"--pouring the liquid egg off the top and onto the sides as often as possible......

usually ad a little sour cream, instead of milk before beating them, then just salt/pepper to taste and then put a liitle pico in.

Salt and pepper. I blend them first.
