black Beans, ground turkey, wick fowlers 2 alarm mix, bell pepper, onions, celery, garlic, canned tomatoes. I leave out the salt packet and the maze powder, let it simmer it will thicken enough.

The 9000 is not cheap, and this if from a person who has bought a shite ton of spices through the years. It is worth a premium for the flavor, so I didn't write it wasn't worth the cost. Lot of different options to buy spices other than tiny McCormick tins at grocery stores.
