I'm laying in bed starving after three night of sick kids and one night of being sick myself. I'm freaking starving but nothing sounds good.

Only thing I can think of is pho (probably skip the tripe and tendon today ).

Other than chicken noodle, what are your go to foods when sick?

1. Chicken soup
2. Bean soup (think senate soup)
3. Toast or French Bread with a drizzle of olive oil

I stay away from dairy...milk, ice cream, eggs, butter.

My buddy swears by raw salmon and that mean green raw juice when he's sick.

1. Birth control

2. A big bowl of Pho.

3. If still confined to bed, refer to #1

Pho is probably one of the few things. Surprisingly, I hardly eat at all when I'm sick

How about a nice, greasy pork sandwich served in a dirty ashtray?

Veggie soup
Chicken soup
Pasta with butter, eggs and parm cheese and chicken stock. Pastine, I think it's called.
Crackers and butter and 7up.
Won ton soup or egg drop soup.

I've had some crab and corn bisque. Wasn't the best call. Pasta with a touch of butter and parm will be dinner. Y'all are putting a fried egg on your pasta?

Not fried. Raw. You mix it in after taking the pasta off the heat like carbonara. I usually make it with orzo.

Similar to the recipe below except I use chick stock rather than water.
