I'm thinking Vodka on ice with a lime before dinner. A bottle of white rioja with dinner. Then a little bit of everything after dinner.

My last Brooklyn IPA. Its ok, but now I'm gonna crack open a Brooklyn Brown Ale. It is most excellent.

I've been a fan of the Unibroue ales (La Fin Du Monde, etc) for years but this stuff is the best. Blue Chimay on steroids!

Yes, I had a few weeks ago and was most impressed. I always buy their seasonal/special beers when I see them. Only once or twice have I been disappointed, but have found some real gems.
