I just put my first piece of meat on my new BGE.

Crawfish and rice stuffed boneless chicken
Few burgers
Few wieners
Baked beans
Owl tears for spirits

sautéed onions and bell peppers along with pork chops cubed up until fully cooked.. added shrimp and cooked until pink... added in 2 bags of green giant rice with the peas and carrots already mixed in and cooked on high until rice was the consistency I liked. Once rice is the way you like, add in 2-3 scrambled eggs and soy sauce to taste (I used 3tbsp)

Dang, looks like everybody is eating good tonight! Sautéed mushrooms and zucchini, rice and red beans cooked with a little coconut milk (I didn't make this). I've been craving real RB&R

Made a 3gal jambalaya with temple meat, chicken thighs, Rabideauxs smoked sausage, and Murrays andouille and tasso. Coleslaw and Blue Runner white beans on the side
